Nissan Repair: 95 infinity j30 restarts, infinity j30, starter relay

after shutting off the vehicle and key is in the off position, the car restarts.  it's not the starter or the alternator

If you car is not equipped with a remote starter I would say the starter relay is sticking.  I say this since you say the key is in the off position and the only thing that would energize the circuit would be the starter relay.  It is located under the hood in the relay box.
