where would the heater and a/c control valve be located in a 1998 nissan sentra?

The blend door is located under the dash on the passenger side.  Check the control unit for proper operation.  If it is good then remove the glovebox to gain access.  Work the control and follow the linkage to the blend door actuator.  Get a Haynes Manual or a fcatory service manual for pictures.
