Nissan Repair: Nissan 300zx tail lights, nissan 300zx, rubber bumper

The tail lights on my nissan 300zx stay on with the engine off.

Hello -

Are you speaking of the brake lights, or the lights that go on with your headlights? (The brake lights would be brighter)

If it is the brake lights, then check to see if the rubber bumper that contacts the brake switch broke off. It is attached to the brake pedal arm above the pedal itself. This can be purchased at any parts store.
