Nissan Repair: Replacing blower motor, serious doubt, blower motor

I have a 96 Quest. I just replaced the elec. fan and the a/c worked fine. A few minutes later the front blower went. I know there are 3 screws. How do I get to them?

The blower motor failed?  If this is the case you have to get under the dash on the passenger side.  That is where you access the blower and just unplug it and remove the screws.  I have serious doubt that it would fail this soon after you replaced the electric fan.
