wanna buy a car thats god on gas and  small compact realy small but strong and  good repair record easy to get aprts etc   chi model, need good handling and parkablility  and large trunk preferably lockable  or bakck and back seat
whats the best way of buying a   car year 2000 + but dont ahve  enuf $ for  too late models
live in nyc  and need to know which  seller si best to buy from , used car dealer and which one , how to bargain , if i can get trade in val on my high mileage  98 beat up bucik regal ls with a leaking  radiator adn  power steering (slow leaks),  pprivate etc  craigs  etc
and whatever advice u can give me

The best thing I can tell you is to look for private owners that need to sell their cars because they are moving. Generally spwaking, when you are buying used cars, you are buying someone else's problem. Finding a last minute seller, or someone with another motivation to sell a car besides "gotts get rid of this car" would be desirable.
