when i speed up quickly the truck jerks BAD. I checked the computer it blinks red twick one green. but if I drive slow its fine

The following are the codes for your vehicle.  The flash, flash is probably going to be the crankshaft position sensor.  That means the distributor is probably contaminated with oil since that is where the sensor is at.  So, replace the distributor.
