Nissan Repair: need a part number, adjustable screws, star wheel

My son wants me to pick up some adjustable screws for the brakes on a 1993 nissan centra, I went to two auto parts stores and both stated that there was no part number for this item, can you help?

I can assist you, however I need more information.

I am assuming this is for the rear brakes? Is this the device that attaches to the front and rear brake lining and adjusts the brakes, and has a star wheel on it? Comes in 2 parts with a washer in the middle?
