Nissan Repair: maxima start problem got clicking but no start, nissan maxima, tick

i have nissan maxima 96. it was running smooth when i start today after work it took few second get start but it could'nt.  it feel like it breathing for few second end than stopped...after that i try to start it's giving only noise like tick tick tick tick...i try to do boost but did'nt work.........please help me

Hi Syed -

Try getting a hammer and tapping your starter. Sometimes there is carbon build up that prevents connection. If it starts after this, change the starter. You will get a few more starts, but replce it anyway. Also ensure that all the baterry terminals and connections are clean and not corroded.
