Nissan Repair: 1992 Nissan Maxima alignment, nissan maxima se, nissan maxima

I have a 1992 Nissan Maxima SE. It won't take alignment on the front right side. A mechanic told me the control arm and the spindle had been hit. Please tell me what the spindle is and if replacing those parts will solve the problem.

The spindle is what the wheel rotates around. Removing the wheel, you should see it right in the middle. If that is bent, then I see why it cannot be aligned. Has the vehicle been in an accident? These things are pretty solid.

Yes, replacing those things should allow the car to be re-aligned.
