Nissan Repair: 1999 Altima SE, battery cable, intake manifold

Where is the starter located?  Car won't start but can't find the starter u8nder the hood.

Hi Steve -

If you follow the positive side of the battery cable, it should lead you right to it. Sometimes it is located under the intake manifold, or by the exhaust. In any case it should be near the flywheel housing.

Do you need assistance to diagnose your no start condition? Coould be several things -
