Nissan Repair: wipers randomly turn on, wiper motor

My wipers randomly turn on on its own.  Even if i turn it off and on again, it'll keep going.  How do i fix this?  Is there a part that needs to be replaced?

Hi Ray -

Not knowing the year, make and model of your car, I cannot give you instructions on replacement, however, I can tell you that you will need to replace your wiper motor control assembly. This sits right on top of the motor, and should be available separately from the motor. You will probably have to remove the motor and replace the control while out of the vehicle.
