Nissan Repair: transmision, nissan sentra, valve body

Hey VON.
I have and Nissan Sentra  the transmission don't go read way in drive but if i put it in low 1 the car begins to drive but if i put it in drive it will not go  I change the filter but it still dos it wen i drive in low 1 about a/mile then i can put it in drive an drive the world can stop and go whit now problem.

I would think the valve body is stuck or the governor is sticking.  I would take the vehicle to Cottman and get a free inspection or the place in your town that provides such deals.  They have a transmission computer and can tell you for sure.  But for me I think the valve body is sticking.
