stereo has no power which fuse should i check or any other ideas on what the problem could be

There is a radio fuse that could be the problem or the stereo itself.  If the unit is an aftermarket there is also an in line fuse that could be blown.  Remove the radio and inspect the wiring harness.  The schematic shows the power wire to the radio to be LW.
