How do I replace the starter on my 1996 nissan 240sx? Also how do I remove the belt on the starter.

The starter is probably on the driver side under the hood. It is underneath some stuff you might have to remove air intake and some other stuff to get down there. once you get down there it is pretty simple, undo the wires, undo the bolts, swap starters, redo the bolts, redo the wires, redo air intake, shut hood.
