How does one adjust the camber for the above car.

There is not much adjustment for the camber since you only get a little from the mounting points where the spindle and strut meet.  If you want to get more camber adjustment you will need to purchase aftermarket camber plates.  These mount on top of the strut towers, under the hood, and allow camber adjustment.  Check out an import magazine like Sport Compact Car for different vendors that offer aftermarket suspension components.
