Nissan Repair: oil, 5w30, 10w30

i live in the caribbean and im stuck in traffic alot my car only has 75,000km on it was wondering would 10w-30 conventional stand up to that pressure currently i use 20-50 castrol

5W30 or 10W30 is what Nissan recommends in their cars.  You will get better fuel economy using the lighter oils.  Also, I use Mobil 1 synthetic in everything I drive and like the results.  I know Nissan does not recommend synthetics so use what you like.  But, I would go to one of the oil weights I recommend.
