My parking lights are stuck on in my car.  Do not know what to do.  I do not have a manual for my car.

If the parking lights will not turn off I would replace the master switch on the column.  Under $100 bucks and it only takes a phillips screwdriver to remove the column cover and then it is just a matter of removal and replacement of the switch.
