I replaced the compressor,charged the system (bypass sensor) but compressor not turning on?

If you bridge the compressor pressure switch and the compressor does not turn on I would check the compressor relay since it is the most common thing to fail after the switch.  Get a test light and check for voltage at the connector to the pressure switch and the compressor and I bet you will find the contact points on the compressor relay have failed.
