Nissan Repair: 2001 Nissan Altima, nissan altima, valve body

My car is shifting extremely hard out of nowhere. I thought it might of been the tranny, but I changed the filter and the tran fluid, and still does it but worse now. What can I do? Please help

The valve body or the governor is sticking.  I would recommend Cottman transmission look at it.  I ahve had good luck with them on four of my vehicles and the other guys that are nationally recognized did not measure up when I took them two different cars.
