Nissan Repair: turbo, nissan bluebird, turbo city

Hi, have nissan bluebird 1993, looks like turbo stopped working.  Are there any checks to run before panicking? thank you

The unit is probably frozen in place.  The solution is to get yours rebuilt or get a rebuild to replace yours with.  If you are in Los Angeles you could remove yours and take it to Turbo City for a rebuild.  Under $500 bucks and that includes new gaskets.
