I cant get the car out of park. I think it might be the starter interlock but im
not sure. Is there a way to disable the interlock?

Yes, there is a access cover on the shifter that you remove and stick in a flat blade screwdriver to get it to release.  The two most common causes for your problem are the shifter has had something spilled on it a while back and it has caused the solenoid to stick and the other is the brake pedal switch going out.
