Nissan Repair: 1999 Nissan Quest vent windows, vent windows, nissan quest

The vent windows on my 99 Quest won't open.  Any idea where fuses or relays are that control them?  What else might be wrong?  Any ideas appreciated.

The fuses are in the assessory panel under the dash.  The problem is most probably with the switch since you mentioned that they both went out.  Usually, the switch fails and both stop working.  But, check the fuse first.  Also, you can take the switch out and bridge the connector to see if the windows open and close.
