Nissan Repair: nissan 300zx 1991 non turbo, nissan 300zx, fuel rails

well i bought this car not to long ago, and i noticed it had a slight smell of raw gas not exhaust fumes.  i asked the guy i bought it form he's my sisters husband and he said it's been like that for a while.  but recently it's been getting worse.

I've also noticed it's been coming more from the passenger side then driver, and when you put on the a/c it's really strong.  can some one help me with this its annoying because i can't drive it till i fix it, i don't want like an engine fire or something. thank you

You have hoses that are weeping gas.  In a car this old the hoses above the gas tank are probable rotten and need replaced.  You need to get it on a lift and inspect the hoses.  Also, look under the hood as there are a feed adn return line there that hook to the fuel rails.  I have seen many a Nissan that has rotted hoses.
