Nissan Repair: TRANSMISSION, automatic transmission fluid, nissan quest

I HAVE A 2000 NISSAN QUEST.GXE.NOW IT HAS 94500 MILES.SOME TIME WHEN VAN IS AT STOP N GO TRAFFIC IT WON'T MOVE, BUT WHEN PUSH GAS SOME TIME IT JUMP..WHY IT HAPPENED? HOW CAN IT BE FIXED??

first off, i would check your automatic transmission fluid to make sure its full. if it is low, you would have a hard time shifting or even taking off.  2nd i would check the gear oil. also check to see if all the gears on your auto transmisson create the same symptom (d/1/2/r).  if the fluid is fine, i would suggest that the transmisson fluid and transmisson filter changed.  these tests cost a considerable amount of money less than having your transmission serviced.  good luck!
