Nissan Repair: 1995 nissan altima, nissan altima, waterpump

My 1995 nissan altima is overheating..when i turn the heat on in the car only cold air comes out of the vents.
I check the antifreeze reservoir and there is no movement.
Does this mean the the waterpump is gone?

If you have not changed the antifreeze and there is no flow I would think the thermostat first.  The pump would be second.  Get a new Nissan thermostat and change that first and see how it goes.  If the pump was gone you would hear a noise unless the waterpump broke from freezing.  I have only seen that once...
