Nissan Repair: Nissan 98, nissan altima, fuel pump

My Nissan Altima 98 won't start. It turns over, so it's not teh starter, we jumped
it and no luck.  It just keeps making a noise but won't start. Any clue how to
help me? Thanks a bundle. I appreciate your time

If it cranks but will not start I would assume the fuel pump is not getting gas to the engine.  Check for fuel at the engine.  If that is not the problem check to see if there is spark.  Since you said it was jumped and did not start I would think the fuel pump so email me back and let me know what you find.
