I am assuming you want to know how much to torque the bolts to?  Anyway, I would go 35 foot pounds on the ones that mount to the engine and the same for those that mount to the body.  If you are using one with a through bolt 35 pounds will work for that too.  I do not even use a torque wrench on these since I put them back using normal wrenches and sockets and you are not going to over-torque the bolts.  If you are worried about them coming loose use Locktight Blue on the threads and they will not back off.
