Nissan Repair: Code reading P0039, nissan sentra, oxygen sensor

2003 Nissan Sentra 1.8L  Service engine light on.  Code reader P0039.Fuel air metering auxcllary emission controls/ Ho2S Heater circuit Low Bank 1 Sensor.  Any idea where or what I can check for this fault.  Thank you.

It sounds like the heater circuit in the front oxygen sensor is defective and needs to be replaced.  This is the one that is closest to the engine and not the one behind the converter.  Disconnect the battery for five minutes to clear the code or get it reset after the replacement.
