Can you tell me more about those anti foul plugs?

The use of anti-foul plug adapters is to keep the oil away from the spark plug.  You screw the adapter in the hole that fouls the plug and you insert a new plug into it and supposedly it keeps the plug from fouling.  Let me know if this answers the mail.
