Nissan Repair: 2003 Nissan Pathfinder Engine Sounds, nissan pathfinder, loose bolts

Recently purchased a 2003 Pathfinder with approx. 22,000 miles.  There is a sound that reverberates with the motors revving.  More of a clicking or buzzing type of noise but maybe knocking and I believe it is originating in the engine (as opposed to vibration in exhaust system).  Any ideas?

If the engine is making a buzzing noise I would check the exhaust manifolds for loose bolts or a blown gasket.  Also, check to see if someone has put a performance air intake on the car as it will cause a buzz too.  Email me back as to what you find.
