IVE LOST THE KEYS TO MY 1994 NISSAN QUEST AND I HAVE TO BE SOMEWHERE AN HOUR AGO IS THERE ANY WAY TO BYPASS THIS PROBLEM

No, the Nissan security system is quite good and will require a dealer or locksmith with the proper tools to program another key.  I hope you have a backup set or the codes from your original keyring.  I always keep these and if I do not have them I have a second set stores in a safe place.  Never get stuck with only one set of keys to a Nissan or you will have a hard time getting another set made.  The key runs almost $100 by itself and then it has to be cut and then programmed to work with your car.
