Nissan Repair: 95 nissan Pathfinder 4wd, nissan pathfinder, pivot bolt

I'm trying to replace the 3 belts on the car;fan, alt,power steering, ac, which is first to go on, and which nuts/bolts are for releasing tension on the belts. thanks, Tim

Tim,

Each belt is tightened by the accessory that drives it.  For the alternator you loosen the pivot bolt and then loosen the long bolt that lets the alternator pivot down.  For the power steering it is the same.  For the airconditioner you have an idler pulley that has to be loosened.  You can get a Haynes manual for photographs for about $20 bucks at Autozone, Pep boys, Checker or the like
