Nissan Repair: 2002 altima will not start., factory batteries, nissan altima

my nissan altima do not start this morning i try jump cables but still not working,and i wondering what could be the problema. thank you

I would think the battery was bad.  If the engine does not turn over the first step is to take the battery out and have it tested.  As a 2002 the battery is probably gone bad as factory batteries go bad after this amount of time.  If the battery checks good and is fully charged then check to see if the car starts in park and neutral.  If it does not start then you are looking at a starter replacement.
