Nissan Repair: Strange Electric Windows, nissan sunny, windows button

Question
I have a Nissan Sunny 1995. The four electric windows work fine when operated from the driver´s door. However, none of the windows work when operated by the other doors (obviously, I have tried pressing and unpressing the "lock windows" button).
An additional strange thing is: when it is extremely cold (freezing), all the switches work!!
How can I solve this thing?

I bet it is the master switch that has gone out.  Yes, it works but all the other switches feed through it.  I ahve replaced three on my Maxima and one on the Stanza for just this reason.  Cold weather seems to favor the switch contact connecting properly.
