Nissan Repair: car wont start, alternator, wipers

i have changed the battery and alternator and the car runs fine. evrytime i turn something on ( ac, wipers, lights ) the car will be dead the next day. if i never turn anything on the car will run day after day. i am lost please help

It sounds like the relay that runs the accessories is not deactivating when you turn the key off.  I would check all relays that activate when the ignition is turned on.  Or, the ignition switch is defective and even in the off position it is allowing power to flow when the key is off.
