Nissan Repair: aircondition, blower motor, radiator

aircondition fan dosnt work how can i make sure that fan need to be changed is there is any way i checked wire or somthing first before i changed?

First, are you talking aboout the fan on the radiator that runs when the airconditioner is on or the blower motor under the dash?  Either one can be checked by disconnecting the conntector and  hotwiring it with some wires connected to the battery.  This is a sure fire way to know it defective before purchasing another one.
