how do i time a serena 2.lt disel need to fit a
new cam belt  93 reg

I would rotate the engine over to top dead center and then take the cover off to get to the belt.  Buy a factory belt as the aftermarket ones are not worth the time or money.  Line up the marks on the belt with those on the toothed gears and tighten up the tensioner.
