where is the thermostat and water pump located on a 1995 nissian quest ,how to change the thermostat

Follow the top hose to the block and it is inside the waterneck.  Go to Nissan and buy the thermostat and gasket.  Aftermarket thermostats are not worth the time or money.  Be sure to install the thermostat with the air vent up and with the spring facing in.
