Nissan Repair: 2001 pathfinder brakes, thier products, honda car

Question
I have some new Brembo (OEM Replacement) front rotors to put on. They look different than the honda car ones I am used to, anything special I should know?  I also always used Honda pads, since aftermarket ones squeeked really bad. Do I need to have the same concern with Nissan?  I did buy some ceramic pads for my job, should I keep them?

I don't think so, I'm not sure what your concern is in regards to Nissan, I'm assuming Nissan Brand pads.

Ceramic pads are not bad they will last you awhile.  I am not familiar with Honda and thier products so I could not tell you in all if there is anything special you should know.
