How to find and replace flasher module on 98 Buick park avenue ultra

Hi
The manual is not very clear, but it APPEARS to be located behind the LEFT (drivers side) HVAC duct for the drivers door window. It will be a small duct, maybe about a 2" duct diameter.
I would imagine you'd access it from the bottom, but they do not give real clear repair instructions. It is located on a bracket next to the lamp control module.
