Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 98 Intrigue Theft System/Ignition Relay, ignition coils, intrigue

Car just died and wont start. Replaced Ignition coils and wires. Got error code saying no communication from antitheft system. Replaced the BCM module and did the relearn procedure. Car will start and run shortly and turn off. It also blows out the Ignition relay. Any suggestions or do I have to take it to dealer to do a relearn with a Scan 2 tool.

The BCM will need to be configured for your vehicle.
Be warned... If you purchased a new BCM and did the relearn without configuring,  there is a risk that the new BCM MAY have been damaged and MAY not be able to be relearned, in which you'll need another BCM.
