Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: fuel filter, adjustable wrenches, buick regal

where is the fuel filter located on a buick regal '99.  is it easy for someone to get to, or do we have to take it to a garage? My husband knows some mechanics, but has never changed a fuel filter.

Located under drivers side, rear under JUST about the rear door area.
He can use 2 adjustable wrenches ansd a 13mm socket with a small extension to unbolt the bracket.
Pretty easy job, he should have NO PROBLEMS at all.
