brake lights and turn signal not working  where is turn signal relay and ground wire in truck please help

There is no relay...there is a flasher, but it would not affect the stoplights.
Flasher should be under the edge of the dash, near or on the steering column.

Check the fuses.

Ground wire is back at the light socket area for each light.

You can check the bulbs and socket grounds by turning on the emergency flashers.
