Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Do I have a flasher problem, oldsmobile 88, turn signals

All of the turn signals on my 1989 Oldsmobile 88 royale have suddenly all stopped working.  Do I need to replace the flasher or is there another problem?

Hi Brad,
Could be the flasher, fuse, signal lever, or a wire.

If you have the ignition switch on, and turn the signal to left, the left light should come on, and of course flash.
If it doesn't come on at all, check the fuse.
If it comes on but does not blink, check the flasher.
It should be under the dash, in a clip on the steering column, or right beside the column.
