Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 1996 Olds Bravada-turn signal problem, signal flasher, fuse block

Recent problem, when I use my turn signals, the lamp comes on but does not blink, outside light(s) front and back do light but also do not blink.

Is this a fuse problem or burned out light?  Could it be the start of an electrical problem?

Probably nothing as important as an electrical problem.
Either some of the bulbs that should operate are burned out, or, more likely, the signal flasher needs replacing.
Not a fuse, or the bulbs wouldn't light.
So get a flasher, and replace it. It is usually a separate flasher than the emergency flasher. Turn them on, and track it down, probably to the fuse block.
The owners manual should say where the signal flasher is.
