I need a manual for a 1985 buick Somerset in French language.  How Can I find one

Go to Google.com, and enter
"vehicle service manuals".
Then select the printed or online manual you want.

Ebay is another place where I have found manuals fo as little as .50.....the shipping was $4.00 so total of less than $5.00 for an orriginal shop manual was pretty good. But getting one in French might be tough....but worth a try.
