How do I remove and replace a stater switch for a '92 Ply. Voyager?

If by starter switch I assume you mean ignition switch. The procedure is easy enough, remove the shrouds that go around the steering column where the switch is located, Using a torx 20 driver remove the switch from the steering column, don't forget to unplug the wiring harness, insert the key and turn it to the run position, depress the silver release button on the side of the switch with a small screwdriver and remover the lock cylinder. To reassemble, reverse the procedure.
