Plymouth Repair: Sensor location, ideas for starter, grand voyager, temperature sending unit

Question
I have a 88 grand voyager SE.  With a 3.0I am trying to find where the temperature sending unit.  The one that tells the gauge what is going on.  The other thing is, Where is the starter relay for this vehicle.  I have been racking my brains.  All I get is a click from the thing, but yet the starter tested perfectly at the store.  I have not put the starter back in the vehicle and still get a click, click.  I also have a new battery.

check the cont to the starter u are geting a click it is telling you the relay is good.
many times when they check the starter it is not on a load still could be the problem or a cont to the starter .
the senser u want to know is by the water pump.
