Pontiac Repair: horn, pontiac montana, horn blows

My 2000 pontiac montana horn will blow and sometime will not blow, what causes this?

It can be a few things that cuase this either the horn swictch under the air bag or a bad set of contacts in the steering column that connect the switch to the wiring in the column. ther is a set of contacts that allow the to have constant contact while the steering wheel is being turned. if it will not blow keep constant pressure on the airbag and turn the steering wheel if the horn blows/stops blows while keeping pressure on the bag the issue is with the contacts in the column. if not chances are it's the switch in the steering wheel.
