Pontiac Repair: 2005 grand am 2.2, blown head gasket, coil pack

miss fire #2 and #3 changed the coil pack and plugs also air and fuel filter and still running bad

did you replace the complete coil pack assembly with the ignition module? or just the coil assembly? if  not the module it could be that. the fact that the cylinders are next to each other it could have a mechanical issue like a blown head gasket. I would do a compression test on all 4 cylinders first before your try anything else to rule out a mechanical issue. good luck :)
